Congratulations to Emilia (Year 10 Music Scholar) who was invited to play the harp alongside a violin, cello & organ in a concert in Reigate, accompanying the cantamus Reigate choir singing Fauré’s Requiem.
‘I was delighted to be invited to play in a concert in Reigate performing alongside a violin, cello & organ accompanying the Cantamus Reigate choir singing Faure’s Requiem. As part of the concert the choir also sang a world premiere of the conductor, Nick Landauer’s Magnificat, which included a beautiful ‘Ensurientes’ section which was a haunting soprano duet accompanied by harp and organ. It was an honour to be able to perform with them and a great experience.’
