Our Year 11 pupils and their parents enjoyed a very informative and exciting evening in the Hampden Hall this term, learning about a wide range of careers by speaking to representatives from a number of industries.

A huge thank you to all of the wonderful exhibitors, made up of OEs, current parents and external organisations, who come along to make this event a great success. Our students have given very positive feedback including the example below from Rocco (Year 11):

I enjoyed the careers evening and tried to speak to as many people as possible. They were very interesting; the TFL technology representative recommended coding to me as a career, while the reps at the languages stand told me how foreign languages are useful in business. The representative at the entrepreneur stand was particularly inspiring and enjoyable to speak to, giving lots of useful advice and tips. It was really useful to get an insight into a variety of careers and particularly to hear what A levels the representatives recommended for specific jobs. I am thankful to have had the opportunity to attend and feel I have taken a lot away from it.
