Dacre Day, the biggest event of our year is nearly here!
Saturday, 28th of June
All Emanuel pupils and their families, along with those who will be joining us from September, are invited to the school to take part in ‘mixer’ activities organised by the Emanuel Parents’ Association, staff and pupils.
To ensure that we can plan effectively for this popular event, we do need all of those who plan to attend to secure a free ticket via THIS LINK. This includes pupils and children. We will be checking the tickets at the point of entry.
FREE attractions this year include:
- Exciting new fairground Miami Ride
- 9-hole Mini Golf
- ActivCamps inflatables
- 360° Photo booth
- Frozen Yogurt & toppings for each pupil/child
- Fresh coffee for parents
- Traditional fair games
- Complimentary afternoon tea
Other food & drink to enjoy:
- EPA bar – Pimms, wine, beer & soft drinks
- Pizzeria Al Forno – delicious oven fired pizza.
- The Greek Way – Souvlaki, halloumi & Greek salad
- The Chicken Hatch – Fried chicken with buffalo, chipotle or Koren sauce, on a bed of fries.
- Cactus Franks – Tortilla burritos filled with chicken, pork or jackfruit, with salad and Mexican toppings.
Order of the day:
- 13:00 – Dacre Day open – stalls, bars, attractions etc
- 13.30-15.30 – Bandstand performances.
- 14:00-14:30 – netball and football challenge
- 14.30 – Fairwell to Rob Milne
- 14.30 – Afternoon tea
- 14:30-15:00 – Film Awards in the Hamden Hall
- 15.30 – last orders at the bar
- 15.30– Tug of war
- 16:00 – Dacre Day closed.
- 16:00 – Play in a Week
