We offer a wide range of different subjects for students to pursue at A level. Each subject is taught for eight periods per week (approximately four and a half hours) by dedicated staff who are experts in their field.

Almost all students additionally complete the Extended Project Qualification (EPQ) as part of their timetabled curriculum. Students who take Further Maths as a fourth A level do not take on the Extended Project Qualification.
At Emanuel we do not offer the option of AS levels. AS qualifications still exist, but they have been decoupled from A levels, meaning that they are entirely separate qualifications, examining different skills and different material to the two year A levels. An AS qualification does not contribute in any way to an A level grade any more.
