On Monday 27 June, the Music Department took over the iconic Clapham Grand for ‘A Night at the Musicals’ and it seems to have captured people’s attention.
We had 245 singers on stage (our school choir, the parents’ choir and two partnership choirs), a professional band of 16 musicians from the West End, some fantastic Emanuel soloists (Eva Year 8, Katy Year 13, Annabel Year 13, Livi Year 13, Scarlett Year 11 and Esme Year 9), and a sell-out audience of over 520 people.
