Congratulations to Isabella (upper sixth) who has reached the next round of the ARTiculation Prize public speaking competition.
Isabella gave a very successful presentation on the painting The World of Cyprus (1972) by Adamantios Diamantis at the London regional heat at the Royal Academy, and was one of two students chosen (from 10 competitors) by the adjudicator, Christopher Le Brun PRA (President of the Royal Academy). She is now through to the next round, which will take place at the National Gallery on 15th February.
The ARTiculation Prize is the Roche Court Educational trust’s national public speaking competition for students aged 16-19. Students deliver 10 minute presentations on a work of art, architecture or an artefact of their choice in front of an audience and an adjudicator at museums and galleries.
Over 1,000 students have entered this year’s ARTiculation Prize. Find out more about the competition here.
