Last week we were delighted to welcome Mrs Karen Dundas for the first Goddard lecture of the year.
As the Head of Hospitality and Fan Experience at NFL, Mrs Dundas is passionate about creating unforgettable moments for fans and turning game days into amazing experiences. Her role is to elevate the in-game atmosphere for dedicated NFL fans and enhance the overall spectator experience. Mrs Dundas is the lead in the in-game presentation for all football home games and special events. She contributes to developing new initiatives and continuously improve the atmosphere for The National Football League (NFL) fans. The National Football League is America’s most popular sports league, comprised of 32 franchises that compete each year to win the Super Bowl, the world’s biggest annual sporting event. Founded in 1920, the NFL developed the model for the successful modern sports league, including national and international distribution, extensive revenue sharing, competitive excellence, and strong franchises across the board. The NFL is the industry leader on a wide range of fronts. Mrs Dundas has been with the organisation for 10 years. During her visit, she shared her career story and insights on how to be successful in the hospitality field with Year 9 and 10 pupils.
