Junior History Society is a group of pupils that are passionate about the past. We meet weekly to discuss how History has shaped the world that we live in today.
This term we have heard presentations on a wide range of topics from Ancient Rome to Mary Seacole. On Remembrance Day, we explored family accounts of soldiers who had fought in the First and Second World War. Thoughtful discussion and lively debates are had around significant people and moments.
Members set the agenda and enjoy learning from each other about areas of History that resonate with us the most.
