Kate was delighted to be asked by PercWorks to play percussion at the Music For Youth Prom at the Albert Hall on Wednesday 3 November.
Kate spent the day rehearsing at the Albert Hall and played glockenspiel for the premiere of ‘These Are the Days I Remember’ by Tim Steiner. As part of Tim Steiner’s contemporary creative project, Kate also played a variety of unusual ‘percussion’ instruments including probably the Albert Hall’s first and only use of a squawking rubber chicken!
