Congratulations to Lily (9DGA), who has completed her sponsored Channel Swim for Aspire.
The challenge was to swim the width of the English Channel (22 miles, approximately 1,770 lengths) in her local pool. She swam at the Nuffield Wandsworth after school and two mornings a week in the Emanuel School swimming pool to keep up her lengths over the last few months.
Aspire charity provides practical help to people who have been paralysed by Spinal Cord Injury, supporting them from injury to independence.
