On Tuesday 19th March, Freya, Lucy, Sam and Atitiya took part in the United Kingdom Mathematics Trust Junior Team Challenge. They have since received the Emanuel cake for their hard work and effort.
This is a demanding maths competition that took place against 30 other London schools. After succeeding in four gruelling rounds – the team challenge, the crossnumber, the shuttle and the relay – the four pupils managed to achieve a brilliant second place, narrowly missing out on first. After doing so well in the Regional Final, they eagerly await to see if they have been invited to the National Final.
