Following on the success of the Christmas Fair, the upper sixth members of the charity team passed the torch to the lower sixth members as their exams ended, and we inaugurated the first Summer Fair. A strawberry lace race, coconut shot and the famed Sponge the Teacher was the perfect antidote to the hot weather, with chanting crowds gathering to watch a handful of teachers be doused by soaked projectiles.
