The 13th United Westminster and Grey Coat Foundation exhibition was opened this week by Roy Blackwell, retiring Clerk to the Foundation.

Once again the standard of work from all five schools that make up the group was outstanding. Works ranged from small delicate watercolours, dry-point prints and intricate paper cuts to larger paintings in oil and acrylic. Also on display were acid etchings made during a workshop run by Emanuel for students from The Grey Coat Hospital and Westminster City School.

It was a delightful evening attended by OEs and their parents as well as current students; so many people commented on the range and quality of the work.

Once again a very big thanks to Emanuel parents Tanya and Pip Todd-Warmoth who generously loan the gallery and help to curate the exhibition and help to make it such a success.
