Vanessa Gillions (Year 10) has been busy over the summer taking part in the GB National Youth Choir’s ‘Stay at Home’ project.
The ‘Stay at Home’ choir, which includes singers from around the globe, collaborated with Sir Karl Jenkins on his popular classic The Armed Man: A Mass for Peace, to mark its 20th anniversary. The final product will be a global virtual choir recording on Sunday 6th September at 6pm on Classic FM. It will include highlight movements from The Armed Man and live orchestral footage performed by the World Orchestra for Peace. Click here to see a promotional clip on Twitter.
