On Tuesday, Emanuel took on Sutton High’s finest mathematicians in the second group match of the Hans Woyda Competition.
Despite not being at our imperious best, Sam Routledge produced some sublime solutions and Hetty Bieber, making her debut for the team, put in a solid performance.
My thanks goes to Billy Hughes and Siddiq Islam for the parts they played in securing an important victory, and also to Mr Bishop and Mr Hill for their support.
