For the second year running, Emanuel School’s Young Enterprise team has won the Central London final of the competition. This represents quite a feat as there are dozens of schools from a total of 15 boroughs who are all vying for this prize.

The judges, who are all in senior managerial positions at large multinational companies, were impressed by the teamwork that the members of ‘Happy Tails’ had demonstrated; the ethical nature of their business; the connections that they had made with customers and the efforts that they had made to establish excellent links with suppliers. It was also great to see the parents in attendance at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner offices on London Bridge to see them claim the award.

The team now move on to the next phase of the competition where they will represent Central London at the offices of HSBC in Canary Wharf. They are now just one round away from the national finals of the competition and we wish them all the best.

Mr Tong (Head of Innovation & Enterprise)
