It was wonderful to be able to gather various members of the Emanuel community, including parents and governors for a very moving and beautiful evening Carol Service at St Luke’s Church, Clapham.
The choir excelled themselves, singing with great skill and musicianship to provide a carefully selected range of carols to complement the bible readings and reflections. A variety of students of different ages helped to lead the service by reading the bible stories and reflections.
A similar service was enjoyed by Students in Year 8 and 9 in the Hampden Hall, whilst Year 7 and the Sixth Form also had their own Christmas services in the school chapel.
