During the Easter Holidays, a group of Year 9s and 10s from Emanuel were joined by pupils from Burntwood School and Ernest Bevin College for an enjoyable ‘Film in a Week’ project. They worked in two filmmaking teams, and were given the brief of making speculative adverts for products of their choice, which will be premiered at the Emanuel Film Festival in June. They were guided through the project by Mr Skinner, with a specialist workshop from cinematographer Anton Usikov and performance coaching from actor Kent Goldfinch. Huge thanks to Mr Dunley and Mr Shetzer for their support during the week.
