Former school chaplain Paul Hunt (2005-17) comes off the bench and out of ‘retirement’ after being appointed the new Priest-in Charge of All Saints and St Clements in Hastings Old Town.
Paul retired to Hastings in 2017 and continued to lead the odd Sunday service (as well as the occasional OE wedding). Paul was a much loved chaplain and colleague whose passion for the church was matched only for his love of travelling, campaigning for the Liberal Party, Arsenal and hula-hoop crisps. When he had a Year 7 playground duty, the pupils soon learned to keep their hula-packets safely hidden from Paul’s attention!
