We have been saying goodbye to a few Year 11 students who will not be joining the sixth form with a delicious farewell lunch in the pavilion room. The chefs prepared a tasty buffet of cold meats and salads followed by strawberry chocolate cupcakes, fresh fruit salad and cheese board.
The following week we had a farewell BBQ lunch for the upper sixth leavers with Swanky Franks hot dogs with all the trimmings and the ever popular curly fries. For dessert there was an ice cream sundae bar with fresh strawberries, a selection of creamy ice creams, wafers and sprinkles and our sous chef, Curtis, made two scrumptious smoothies. It was a beautiful day and everyone enjoyed the al fresco treat.
