Year 6 recently went on a trip to the Hare Krishna Temple in Watford, coinciding with the introduction of their new unit on Hindu beliefs and practices. Students were able to deepen their understanding of key Hindu beliefs such as the Trimurti and witnessed these beliefs put into practice during an arti ceremony. Year 6 embraced the opportunities of dressing up in traditional clothing, a cow and cart ride, culminating in a shared meal of paneer curry!
