Last term Abbie (L6SPP) won the prize awarded for best use of the ECON website. She had the following to say about her experience:
“I used ECON to contact a few different potential employers, and found success in organising work experience at a VFX production company called Framestore. It was quite easy to use the website, and I was quick to find potential employers… The website was good, as it made it simple to find an employer in the field of work that you are interested in, and there was lots of information about each employer.”
Communication on the website is closely monitored for safeguarding purposes, and this information is also used to award the cash prize. I look forward to seeing more pupils making use of this excellent resource, exclusive to Emanuel School.
