During the October half term break a group of 16 pupils from Year 10 took part in an exciting ‘Film in a Week’ project.
This was the fourth project of its kind that we have run here at Emanuel and it was a great success. The pupils had a lot of fun pitching their ideas, writing scripts, shooting and editing their films. Media Coordinator Mr Skinner said “The highlight of the week for me was definitely seeing the pupils work so well together as a film crew and cast; they were very professional!”.
The pupils even received feedback on their film ideas from professional filmmakers at London Film School via an excellent Zoom panel. The finished films ‘Recasted’ and ‘The Feathered Dress’ will be available here from 6pm on Friday 6th November.
