On Sunday, Ruby (Year 10), Annie (Year 10) and Valentina (Year 9) represented the Wandsworth hockey team at the London youth games.
They went through a series of trials and managed to make it into the final squad with Ruby being selected as captain and Valentina being one of only two Year 9s in the squad. They played brilliantly throughout the tournament winning on penalty flicks to gain a spot in the final but narrowly lost 2-1 to Southwark in the final ending up with a silver medal. Well done to all involved in a great competition.
