With science and maths moving into the new STEM building, the vacated spaces in the main building will be repurposed to provide additional dedicated teaching space for all departments. Subject areas will be located together in hubs for convenience and collaborative work.
The movement of design into the ground floor of the Dacre building took place in summer 2024, creating an arts hub at the rear of the school. The hub champions art and design as well as providing further classroom space and fulfilling other practical needs.
