Team up with a friend to run, walk or cycle 43k and support free places at Emanuel

In 2024 Emanuel School will be 430 years old. We want to celebrate this by welcoming 43 children to Emanuel on a free place, continuing the founding aims of offering opportunities to those around us and being a vehicle for social mobility.

You can help us to get there by signing up for ‘43 for the BRT’. Named after our school’s charity, the Battersea Rise Trust (BRT), we want to raise £43,000 which will enable two more children, who otherwise couldn’t afford to come, to benefit from an Emanuel education.

All you have to do is complete 43 of an activity. This could be running, walking or cycling 43k between you and a colleague, friend or family member or doing 43 of something completely different. The most important thing is that you are supporting the school’s effort to provide these transformative free places by raising money through JustGiving. You can watch our video to find out more and to see some of the staff taking part.

The challenge is open to pupils, parents, staff, OEs and the entire Emanuel community. To set up your personalised JustGiving page linked to this campaign click Start Fundraising here.

We’d like as many people as possible to get involved.
