In response to an urgent request from Westminster City School, one of our fellow Foundation schools, Emanuel has delivered 39 refurbished laptops to disadvantaged pupils without access to devices to enable them to continue their learning online.
It has been an impressive team effort including Emanuel’s IT department, a specialist transport company, Maltacourt Global Logistics and digiLED, a company owned and run by an Emanuel parent to wipe, deliver, repair and reconfigure the laptops ready for use. Volunteers from digiLED worked amazingly quickly to ensure that Westminster City pupils could be up and running from Monday, 1st June.
