The catering team pulled out all the stops to produce a terrific Tex-Mex Lunch last Thursday.
The chefs prepared some delicious treats to tempt the taste buds like Tex-Mex Chilli Beef with Cheese & Sour Cream and El Paso Chicken Fajita Tacos. The food was spicy, colourful and very tasty. For dessert, Richard cooked a fabulous dark, moist and chocolatey Route 66 Brownie, with the added secret ingredient of sweet potato to make it extra luscious and delicious. It was tremendously popular with pupils and staff alike.
Mr Andrews joined in the fun while he was on lunch duty with his Tex-Mex sombrero as he checked to see if everyone was enjoying their lunch – 10/10 came the swift reply.
