Some of the Year 8 pupils have been creating mathematical board games in their Maths lessons.
Below are a couple of exceptional ones from Dougie Wadie (The Graph Game) and Annie Kendell (Mathsobble). Mr Bishop also particularly enjoyed the game created by Freya Doyle title “Mr Bishop’s pursuit of mathematics’’ which is sure to be a best seller!
Mrs Chetwood would also like to mention Mia Wepener’s maths game on solving equations and Carl Nisser’s game “Improve your tables”, which was a particularly interesting and original idea to help improve multiplication and division.
